Who runs this site

It's Okay Culture is Kim's story-led creative platform. Questions about your information go through the contact page.

The contact form. When you send a message, the site stores your name, email address, the enquiry type you picked and your message, so Kim can read it and reply. Your IP address is stored with it, only to block spam and repeated automated messages.
Story views. The site counts how many times each story is opened. It's one number per story and isn't linked to you.
Nothing else. There are no visitor accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking scripts.

One cookie, okayculture_admin, is set when you open the contact page. It holds a security token that protects the form, and it's deleted when you close your browser. Kim's admin login uses the same cookie.
For the current visit only, your browser remembers whether you've seen the opening animation and whether you closed the "Work with Kim" box. That stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

Fonts and code. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the animation code from jsDelivr. Your browser fetches these directly, so those services see your IP address, as with any web request.
Videos. YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. TikTok and Instagram posts use those platforms' own players, which load when you scroll to them. Once a player loads, that platform's privacy policy applies.
Social links. Links to Kim's Instagram, TikTok and YouTube take you to those sites.

Messages are kept only as long as they're needed to reply and follow up on the conversation.

You can ask to see the message you sent, correct it, or have it deleted. Send the request through the contact page.

If anything here changes, the date at the top of this page changes too.
